Welcome to RMA!
What is RMA?
RMA is the Routing Measurement and Analysis Platform maintained by Computer Network and Protocol Testing Research Laboratory (CNPT) at Tsinghua University. We will dynamically update our latest work on routing systems, including Argus, TopoScope, PathRadar, Affinity-Model and some other projects.
Project

Argus
Published in ACM Internet Measurement Conference (IMC) 2012. Won the first community contribution award.
Argus is a prefix hijacking detection system, which leverages not only the control plane information but also the data plane reachability and correlates them togethem to detect potential prefix hijack in the internet. For more details, you can see our paper published in IMC 2012.

TopoScope
Published in ACM Internet Measurement Conference (IMC) 2020.
TopoScope is an AS relationship inference algorithm that combines ensemble learning and Bayesian networks. In addition, TopoScope also supports hidden link inference. You can learn more about TopoScope in IMC 2020.

PathRadar
Published in IEEE International Conference on Computer Communications (INFOCOM) 2025.
PathRadar employs policy-based and stitching-based methods to infer AS paths with distinct observational features, and utilizes PLP to enhance inference precision. Consequently, it achieves comprehensive and accurate inference of AS-level paths, prefix-specific paths, and non-valley-free paths. You can learn more about PathRadar in INFOCOM 2025.

Affinity-Model
Published in IEEE International Conference on Computer Communications (INFOCOM) 2025.
Affinity-Model characterizes AS affinity routing behaviors in the Internet by comparing simulated paths with actual paths, and employs machine learning techniques to interpret and predict broader affinity routing patterns, thereby significantly enhancing existing AS routing models. You can learn more about Affinity-Model in INFOCOM 2025.
